Katrina Sutcliffe, Owner / Dog Groomer
Katrina is the proud and affectionate owner of three Chinese Cresteds—Tallulah, Joey, and Nephele—who are often found at the shop. Tallulah and Joey are powderpuffs, while Nephele is a hairy hairless. Each has their own role: Tallulah handles sleep duty, Joey happily welcomes canine visitors, and Nephele takes announcing new arrivals very seriously.
Rachel Veitch / Dog Groomer
Rachel shares her life with a wonderfully diverse group of animals—including two Newfoundlands, six llamas, chickens, rabbits, and ducks. She is actively involved in llama shows and is passionate about educating the local community about these unique animals.
Prima Bathing System
We proudly use a prima bathing system, reducing water usage by 80%. This shampoo system works by adding micro-bubbles to the shampoo, oxygenating the skin while removing oil and bacteria. The end result – A squeaky clean dog with a youthful glow.
